The people behind the business. A full picture of what it actually feels like to be a Ridgway customer — told in a way that made people want to find out more.

THE PLAN

With one day on site and a lot of ground to cover, the planning had to be tight. We mapped out the full Ridgway customer journey and built a shot list around each stage of their process: the forecourt and stock, the showroom experience, the after sales workshop, the sell your car service, and the team themselves.

Every department got its moment. The idea was to show Ridgway as a complete, professional operation — not just a place to buy a car, but a business that looks after you at every stage of ownership.

Drone footage was woven throughout. Aerial shots of the forecourt gave scale to the stock and a sense of place that ground-level cameras could not achieve. Combined with close-up cinematic detail shots of the cars and candid moments with the team, the result was a video that felt genuinely premium.

Alongside the main hero video, we planned and captured all social content on the same day. Each cut was formatted specifically for its platform. Vertical for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Square for Facebook. Shorter, punchier edits that worked without sound. One shoot day. Every platform covered.

THE RESULTS
