Gareth Evans comes from a two Michelin star background and was most recently Senior Sous Chef in Heston Blumenthal’s Restaurant Dinner, in London.
Born and bred in Pembrokeshire, Wales he has returned to settle with his young family in the place that he grew up and where he developed his first love of fine dining. As a finalist in Welsh Junior Chef of the Year in 2006, he went on to work at one Michelin star restaurants, Maze Gordon Ramsay and Pollen Street Social, before progressing to two Michelin star, Dinner By Heston Blumenthal.
